Jason Foster Lewis, 17, passed away June 20, 2011. He is survived by his mother, Bridget G. Lewis and her husband, Mark Alcorta; father, Jason Corey Lewis and wife, Kelly; sisters, Diamond Jade, Victoria and Kayla; brothers, Logan, Mark and Daniel; maternal grandmother, Theresa G. Vasquez and husband, Johnny; paternal grandmother, Rosalie Lewis; extended grandparents, Juan and Elvira Alcorta; great-grandfather, Fred J. Guerrero, Sr., uncle, Louis G. Gonzales, Jr. and wife, Maria C. Gonzales; cousins, Louis G. Gonzales II and Carolina Y. Gonzales and many other loving members of the Guerrero and Gonzales families. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, James Foster Lewis and maternal grandfather, Louis G. Gonzales, Sr. Family will receive friends from 10:00 A.M. till noon on Monday, June 27, 2011 at the Allen Dave Tribute Center, 2103 Cypress Landing Drive, Houston 77090 with funeral services commencing at noon.
