John Norwood Frazier was born on September 27, 1955, the fourth of six children, to Robert B.
and Jessie Lee Frazier in Pineville, LA. He departed this life on April 13, 2023.
After graduating from Rayne High School in 1973, John joined the U.S. Marines. He served for
four years before he was honorably discharged. He was no stranger to hard work! Throughout his
life he was employed by Procter and Gamble (Pineville, LA), Citgo Petroleum (Sulfur, LA), and
Able Machinery Movers (Houston, TX) until he retired.

John loved living life to the fullest. He enjoyed cooking for others, watching the Saints play,
zydecoing with his wife, harassing his nieces and nephews, and riding motorcycles. He was an
original member of the Golden Eagles Motorcycles Club of Alexandria, LA.

He leaves to morn his loving and devoted wife of 15 years Belinda Runnels-Frazier of Houston,
TX, daughter Candance Allen, grandson Braelyn Allen, and granddaughter Journee Allen of
Alexandria, LA; four sisters Linda Gayle (Arthur) Lovall of Bunkie, LA, Rosa Nixon and Joanna
Nixon of Sacramento, CA, and Georgianna (Eddie) Kenson of San Antonio, TX; five brothers
Robert B. (Nat)(Mary) Frazier of Mesquite, TX, William (Deloris) Frazier of Alexandria, LA,
Barry (Debra) Frazier of Houston, TX., Robert L. Frazier of Hopkinsville, KY, and Keith
(Rachel) Nixon of Santa Rosa, CA; along with a host uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and
friends.

Preceding him in death were his parents Robert B. and Jessie Lee Frazier and two sisters Barbara
(Bobbie) Frields and Cindy Perry.
