Larry Barnfield was called home to be with his Heavenly Father on November 29, 2025. His passing leaves a deep void in the hearts of all who knew and loved him, yet those hearts are comforted knowing he now rests in eternal peace.

Larry was a devoted husband, loving family man, and a true follower of Jesus Christ. His faith was not only something he believed in, but something he lived out daily through his kindness, humility, and steady presence in the lives of others. He walked with quiet strength, guided by his love for the Lord and his unwavering commitment to his family.

He was preceded in death by his beloved daughter-in-law, Johanna Barnfield, and his cherished grandson, Joshua Barnfield, whom he held close in his heart.

Larry is survived by his loving wife, Sue Ann Young, who stood by his side through life's joys and challenges. He also leaves behind a legacy that continues through his 16 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren, each of whom carries a part of him forward through love, memories, and shared values.

Larry found great joy in the simple things. He loved spending time fishing, enjoying the peace and patience that came with it. He was also known for tinkering and fixing things — always working with his hands, always willing to help, always finding satisfaction in making something work again. Those moments reflected who he was: steady, resourceful, and quietly dependable.

Larry will be remembered for his faith, his love for family, his gentle spirit, and the example he set through a life well lived. Though he will be deeply missed, his legacy of love, faith, and devotion will live on in all those he leaves behind.
