Otha Lee Marshall was born on April 9, 1935 in Newton, TX to the late William Marshall and Viola McGuire Marshall.  She departed this life on Thursday, January 26, 2023 in Pearland, TX.

Otha graduated from Fosdick-Masten Vocational High School in Buffalo, NY.  After many years of service, she retired from General Mills, Inc.  In 1959, Otha married her cherished sweetheart, Allen Dunlop.  They were married for 57 years.  In 2013, they relocated to Pearland, TX from Grand Island, NY.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Allen Dunlop; her parents, and 2 sisters (Doretha Loeb and Katie Sparks); and 7 brothers (Willie Henry, James, Homer, Milton, Frank, Robert, and Edward Marshall).  To cherish her memory she leaves her three children:  Allynda Dunlop Hammond, APRN of Aurora, IL, SMSGT Derrick Dunlop (Maria) of Rosharon, TX, and Desiree Dunlop, PharmD of Pearland, TX; grandchildren Allexa Hammond Licon, MD, Cody Hammond, Stephanie Dunlop, MD, Darryn Harris, Tatiana Dixon, SFC Damaris Rivera, and Alyssa Bachran; great grandchildren Garrett, Brandon, Liam, and Julien; two loving sisters, Mildred Stewart and Daisy Marshall, her twin, both of Buffalo, NY.  She is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
