Mr. Raymond Howell Bowers age 78, passed away on October 10, 2025.

He was a loving Father, Grandfather, Great Grandfather, Brother, Uncle, and Friend. He was a Decorated Soldier in the Vietnam War and Captain of the Captain Alpha Doucet at Kirby Inland Marine for 30+ years.

He is preceded in death by his Wife Mary Virginia Bowers, Father James Kenneth Bowers, Mother Ethel Mae Bowers, Brother James Kenneth Bowers Junior, Sister Rosa Joyce Bowers, step son George Russell Nelson, and Stepson-In-Law Patrick Kevin Murphy. He is survived by his Sister Nancy Ray Williams(Joe), Daughter Kirsten Nelson LeNormand(Mark), Step Daughter Kimberly Rashelle Murphy, and many Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, Nieces, and Nephews.

The life and legacy of Mr. Raymond Howell Bowers will be cherished.
