It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Ruben Buentello on March 13, 2024  in Houston, TX. Mr. Ruben Buentello was born on August 9, 1955 in San Benito, TX. His family moved to Corpus Christi, TX where he spent his formative years. Attended Moody High School and later went on to become a Professional NCCER certified Pipefitter and enjoyed Drinking beer, dancing, playing billiards, boxing, and learning taekwondo. He is survived by in life by his beautiful wife Maria Olga Buentello, but his greatest accomplishments and joy were his children his oldest son Ruben James Buentello, his only daughter Maria Teresa Buentello, and his youngest son Marcus Estevan Buentello (Alexandria), and he was so proud of his three gorgeous, amazing and intelligent grandchildren Samantha Anita Quintero, Steve Tyler Quintero (Gabriella), and Dominic Beckham Buentello. His siblings, Rose Mary Cortez, Janie Alvarado, Jesse Buentello (Melba), Benjamin Buentello (Ann Marie), Roberto Buentello, Angelica Buentello . He was preceded in death by his Father Ramiro Buentello, his Mother Maria Socorro Lopez, His brothers Fermin Buentello, and Carlos Buentello. Services will be held for Ruben to celebrate his life on Sunday March 17th, 2024 @ 3:00 pm at Allen Dave Funeral Home and Crematorium located at 2103 Cypress Landing Dr. , Houston TX 77090.
